James joined\u00a0Rayner<\/a>\u00a0in 2008 from Pfizer where he specialised in pharmaceutical sales. He has held several commercial roles at Rayner, both domestic and international. In December 2019, James relocated back to the UK from New York where he had established our direct US presence Rayner Surgical Inc. James is well versed in similar projects having led on Rayner\u2019s direct entry into Iberia, Italy, Switzerland, Canada, and as recently as 2022, Poland and France. In his role as Chief Commercial Officer, James is responsible for overseeing Rayner\u2019s global commercial strategy and revenue growth, working closely with Marketing and Customer Success to scale and maintain competitive advantage.<\/p>\n

James has >20 years life sciences experience, is a Business Postgraduate from the University of Warwick and holds a BA (Hons) degree from UCLAN. As a senior member of Rayner\u2019s Executive Committee and Management Boards, James can be relied on to deliver the objectives set for growth across Rayner\u2019s global markets.<\/p>\n
