The study explored wound architecture after IOL implantation and the overall ease and speed of use of the different IOL systems.<\/p>\n<p>This\u00a0<em>Ex Vivo<\/em>\u00a0study was initially presented at the ESCRS in Copenhagen (September 2016) and ASCRS (May 2017) and has subsequently been published in the Journal for Cataract and Refractive Surgery (JCRS).<\/p>\n<p><strong>The study compared the following preloaded systems:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alcon UltraSert<\/li>\n<li>AMO iTec<\/li>\n<li>Bausch &amp; Lomb EyeCee One<\/li>\n<li>Zeiss CT Lucia<\/li>\n<li>and the recently launched\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rayner.com\/global\/en\/iol\/rayone-family\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">Rayner RayOne Aspheric<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The new\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rayner.com\/global\/en\/iol\/rayone-family\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">RayOne system<\/a>\u00a0was found to be best performing in three of the four areas covered within the
