{"id":15537,"date":"2017-09-22T10:49:33","date_gmt":"2017-09-22T09:49:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.rayner.com\/blog\/keeping-it-simple-the-new-rayner-website-experience\/"},"modified":"2024-11-11T13:53:22","modified_gmt":"2024-11-11T13:53:22","slug":"keeping-it-simple-the-new-rayner-website-experience","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rayner.com\/es\/keeping-it-simple-the-new-rayner-website-experience\/","title":{"rendered":"Keeping it simple: The new Rayner website experience"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For those of you who have visited the Rayner website over the last few days, you will have noticed we\u2019re now offering a very different online experience; one that we believe is clearer and more user-friendly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>It\u2019s all about navigation<\/strong><br \/>\nHere are some of the changes we\u2019ve made:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full integration of our recently acquired\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.staging.rayner.com\/en\/dry-eye\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">dry eye<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.staging.rayner.com\/en\/eye-care\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">eyecare<\/a>\u00a0range meaning surgeons can now find the information they require all within the one website.<\/li>\n<li>Easier navigation: no more singular \u2018product\u2019 category showing the entire Rayner portfolio all within the one menu drop down. We\u2019ve now segmented the navigation so it\u2019s less overwhelming to find the product you are looking for.<\/li>\n<li>We\u2019ve taken the previously singular \u2018Rayner Clinical Resource Library\u2019 page and split it accordingly across each of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.staging.rayner.com\/en\/iols\/multifocal\/rayone-trifocal\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">IOL<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.staging.rayner.com\/en\/ovds\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">OVD<\/a>pages. This means that you can now find all available scientific papers and supporting materials for your product of interest within one click.<\/li>\n<li>It\u2019s clear that product pages are the most frequently visited area of the website. That\u2019s why we\u2019ve taken all of the non-product related content and placed this all within the \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.staging.rayner.com\/en\/about-us\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">about<\/a>\u2019 page, prioritising the visibility of what surgeons are truly looking for.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We\u2019ve\u00a0<strong>kept<\/strong>\u00a0our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.staging.rayner.com\/usa\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">dedicated US website<\/a>, our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.staging.rayner.com\/en\/news\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">RayNews newsroom<\/a>\u00a0is still featured prominently on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.staging.rayner.com\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">homepage<\/a>, and as the company continues to expand its network of distributors as well as direct markets, we decided to make access to our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.staging.rayner.com\/global-presence\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener\">Global Presence page<\/a>feature prominently on the homepage, too.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to refreshing our website, Rayner continues to have an active presence on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/rayner-iol\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social media<\/a>, all with the aim of giving surgeons an enjoyable and enhanced online
