Geoff was closely involved in the sale of the business to two leading private equity firms \u2013 Astorg and Goldman Sachs \u2013 in 2016.\u00a0 Under their ownership, HRA completed several acquisitions, notably those of the blister market leader Compeed and of the leading US scar care brand Mederma and saw revenues grow eight times.
