I have worked for Rayner as our first International Product Specialist for five years. I provide clinical, sales, and training support to our distributors and direct sales teams in Russia, India, Australia, and the wider APAC region.
I frequently travel to these markets in a sales role to meet with doctors and, at the same time, gain valuable insights into the outcomes of Rayner and competitor IOLs. Additionally, I oversee studies and evaluations of Rayner IOLs and work closely with the Eye Science, Marketing, and R&D teams and my commercial team.
Before joining Rayner, I had sixteen years of experience as a product specialist for presbyopia-correcting IOLs and worked at Acri.Tec, Zeiss, Oculentis, and Lenstec. I am originally from the UK and now live with my family in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
