Rayner announces new appointments to management team

Rayner, a global manufacturer of products for cataract surgery based in Worthing, UK, today announces three new appointments to its management board, forming part of ongoing growth and development in the organisation. James Crutchlow has been appointed as Chief Commercial Officer, Rob Nadler as Chief Growth Officer and Chris Willis as Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately.
“This important change will help us to maintain our track record of innovation and ensure the company remains agile and focused on ophthalmologists.” Rayner CEO, Tim Clover, said. “James, Rob and Chris each bring a breadth of experience both at Rayner and in the wider industry which will be pivotal in our continued growth.”
James Crutchlow joined Rayner in 2008, and has served as Vice President Europe, leading commercial execution, launching Rayner’s product pipeline and expanding its presence to new markets including several years in the USA. In his new role as Chief Commercial Officer, James will lead a single global commercial group to deliver continued growth.
Dr Rob Nadler brings 18 years of experience in investment banking and is a qualified ophthalmologist, as well as three years with Rayner leading corporate development, to his new role as Chief Growth Officer. With a focus on R&D, corporate development and M&A for Rayner going forward, Rob will lead a newly created growth team.
After three years as Vice President Marketing, and with over 20 years in the ophthalmology industry, Chris Willis takes on the role of Chief Marketing Officer to recognise the importance of marketing, eye science and digital healthcare to Rayner’s future growth.
