Wade joined Rayner in January 2020. He has 25 years life science experience, all in the ophthalmic market. Prior to joining Rayner, Wade worked primarily in the ocular surface and oculoplastics market, most recently as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Eagle Vision, Inc. and previously Director of Sales and Marketing at Bio-Tissue, Inc. where he was responsible for launching their regenerative tissue products in Ophthalmology. Additionally, he has been granted multiple patents as co-inventor on medical devices in the ocular surface space.
Wade is a graduate of the University of Memphis, with a Bachelor of Arts in history. In his spare time, he is an avid reader and amateur historian.
